Customer Information

Access

Please inform us of any access concerns, including muddy, steep, or icy driveways; no-parking zones; unnumbered houses; bridge crossings; or other obstacles that may affect delivery.

Safety

Please keep your driveway clear of snow, ice, and other obstructions, and ensure there is a clear path to the oil fill port. In the winter this should be a clear path — just a shovel width wide is fine. Please restrain pets prior to delivery.

Tank Inspection

The condition of your home heating oil tank is important for safe and efficient operation. Tanks are inspected prior to delivery; however, we do not assume responsibility for tank failures.

Automatic Delivery

We strongly encourage customers to enroll in automatic delivery. This guarantees placement on our delivery schedule and helps ensure your tank is filled when needed. Even with automatic delivery, customers should periodically check their oil level—especially if using secondary heat sources such as wood stoves or mini-splits, as fuel usage varies based on how often those sources are used.

Your account must be paid to date to continue automatic delivery.

Fuel Assistance

We work with Merrimack Country Community Action and Southern New Hampshire Services to provide fuel assistance in our service delivery area. Please call us to confirm that we service your area if using fuel assistance.
